The Inside Sales Rep will play a fundamental role in growing our customer base by converting leads into new customers and turn existing customers into repeat business. This position involves cold calling new potential customers, referrals, and web leads.

Responsibilities

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails


• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales manager for further development and closure.


• Stay current on all Geomax marketing and promotional programs and communicate promotions to customers.


• Prospect and research new accounts.


• Understand customers' needs and identifying opportunities.


• Work closely with regional sales managers


• Participate in team meetings


• Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers.


• Stay informed about competing products.


• Track performance and sales metrics.
