Qualis Corporation is seeking a Mid-Level Military Operations Analyst to support Integrated Missile Defense Advocacy Development located at Schriever AFB, CO.
Duties Include:
Advocacy Processes: Experienced in missile defense requirements development.
Provide direct support in the development, execution, and maintenance of MDS advocacy strategy.
Provide support to advocacy product development, to include the Desired Capabilities List (DCL), maintain WIP Database to document modification and fielding requests.
Recommend solutions addressing requirements/shortfalls in support of CCMD Integrated Priorities List (IPL) submission and the Warfighter Involvement Process (WIP).
Participate in WIP Database reviews and assist in the development of entries. Utilize available data to support advocacy including, but not limited to analysis and assessments from Joint Staff, MDA, Operational Test Agencies, and other stakeholders. Create products to support Congressional testimony and other Congressional inquiries.
Provide support to other Advocacy products. Provides expertise to evaluate Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) products proposed and submitted by key materiel developers (e.g., MDA and the Services) to ensure availability of resources to execute MDS missions.
Attends and supports conferences, meetings and briefings, as required.
Required Skills/Experience :
Strong understanding of Missile Defense and Combatant Commands' areas of responsibility
Understanding of strategic plans and policy
3 years of IMD / BMDS experience
Travel: 10%
Must be a U.S. Citizen
An active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.
