As a Utility you will assist press operators during set-up in an exemplary manner to optimize departmental performance according to the company quality policies.
Key responsibilities include:
Operate machines to produce parts, such as loading and unloading components Conduct visual inspection of parts to ensure quality Perform duties relating to machine set-up and changeover Troubleshoot machines to ensure both part quality and maximum production levels are attained Participate in, and support, lean initiatives, continuous improvement and problem solving events

Qualified candidates will possess the following:
A high school diploma or GED An ability to work safely and follow all safety procedures A positive attitude and willingness to support other team members The ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions, adhere to strict quality standards, and accurately complete production paperwork An excellent work record (including attendance) Ability to lift 25 pounds Previous manufacturing experience is preferred
