What You’ll Do

• Prepare quotes as needed for assigned agents within a given region(s)


• Approve/ Underwrite quotes up to a maximum amount financed of $250,000


• Accept inbound phone calls from agents and provide outstanding customer service


• Respond and handle all emails in a timely fashion while providing outstanding customer service


• Accept calls from any agent and: obtain information required for a quote, refer such quote requests to the appropriate account executive, or provide the quote to the agent. Account executives should also answer any general inquiries, or route questions to the appropriate departments within FIRST for handling


• Monitor quotes, and business from assigned agents, for FIRST “Fourteen Warning Signs” and concerning trends


• Communicate effectively with: Inside Sales personnel, Relationship Managers, and Marketing departments regarding agency information (such as new business opportunities, persistent challenges, competition, etc.) to provide the best possible terms, rates, and service


• Perform quote follow-up on all new quotes, renewal quotes, and lost quotes from the prior year


• Develop and maintain client relations through superior service


• Perform all responsibilities with outstanding customer service
