We are looking for a Specialty Program Manager to join us. This person is responsible for being the direct point of contact for our external partners, i.e. Reimbursement Hubs and Pharma Manufacturers, and acts as a liaison between those customers and our internal operations teams.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS


  • You are a trailblazer that enjoys interacting with various internal and external partners. You will act as the operations account management liaison to the drug manufacturing companies and their hubs to answer questions related to processes, and to research issues, concerns and escalations.

  • You will be responsible for the overall health of the program and will provide updates on the status and performance for specific specialty products and services. You will ensure operations are aware of new requirements with respect to contract amendments or new products or services and assist with creating and implement appropriate processes. You will host meetings with operation leaders, AM, hubs and manufacturers to review metrics, specialty pharmacy performance status, clinical/nonclinical in-services, and QBRs

  • You will be monitoring and reporting out to leadership on work in progress, aging, and key metrics for specific specialty drug(s) and assist in resolving delays.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with internal / external partners to answer questions related to process and service issues

  • Manage program scorecard and disseminate key metrics to internal / external partners

  • Identify and track key issue trends - perform root-cause analysis and drive process improvement initiatives

  • Understand nuances of how to position Accredo externally - what to say / not to say

  • Perform business reviews and present findings at QBRs (showcase value of PM role)

  • Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships


REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor degree preferred.

  • 4 to 6 years in Program Support

  • Preference for 2 years of experience in Specialty Pharmacy background

  • Attention to detail, organization skills, time management, and problem solving skills will be important

  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment; willingness to work a flexible schedule when needed

  • Professional presence

  • Ability to develop strong relationships and instill trust with clients

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Strategic mindset and strong leadership skills (proactive in identifying needs of customer)

  • Effective change agent

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $56,200 - $93,600, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
