Mazars is looking for a Marketing Automation Strategist is responsible for executing marketing programs, emails and email campaigns in Marketo intended to generate leads, pipeline, and revenue growth. This role works collaboratively across the marketing team to help elevate the Mazars brand in the market and drive an impact on revenue.

Professional Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day email marketing activities, including email campaign setup, scheduling, testing, tagging, and deployment of single, recurring, triggered and dynamic content-driven campaigns


• Build, test, monitor, launch and optimize campaigns including email template setup, campaign setup, lead nurture event promotion, A/B testing, scheduling tracking and measuring performance; test email across multiple browsers/devices and identify issues


• Collaborate with members of the marketing team to manage, create, and deploy campaigns


• Troubleshoot HTML and revise code where necessary to integrate with internal tools and render properly across multiple email clients, browsers, and mobile devices


• Set up and schedule deployments in Marketo


• Conduct quality assurance reviews and other activities to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of deployments


• Monitor the campaign post-deployment to validate completion


• Assist with nurture builds and attribution tracking


• Work with web manager and digital manager on landing page forms, and other campaign projects.


• Manage project timelines, ensuring that all activities are executed on time


• Ensure all landing pages, emails and forms adhere to brand guidelines and standards


• Support integration between Marketo and Microsoft Dynamics

Qualifications

• 
  
  3+ years of hands-on experience in email building/quality assurance using Marketo
  
  


• Marketo Certification strongly preferred


• Understanding of HTML and CSS


• Previous experience using Marketo


• Knowledge of email development best practices


• Strong verbal and written communications skills


• Strong attention to detail


• Ability to work independently, and as part of a large agile team


• Excellent time management, and organizational skills


• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines


• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics a plus


• Experience with Monday.com a plus
