Responsible for data and execution components of multiple direct mail and email projects including advertising for promotions, events, gaming, dining, and hotel offers. The role requires fast-paced project management throughout the lifecycle of the campaign, from creation through delivery to the guests.
Set up offer segmentation, query criteria from an existing database, and set up execution rules for various projects.
Manage mailed/e-mailed/DLC campaigns and all associated components
Manage 8-10 projects per production month
Simultaneous responsibility for project tasks in beginning, intermediate and final stages of completion
Ownership of projects including: review, routing, vendor interaction, proofing and all inquiries and notifications
Multi-task and change work directions quickly when needed. Must have the ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple priorities in a demanding work environment.
Complies with all policies, procedures, and gaming regulations
Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree preferred, Marketing or Business-related field preferred
Copywriting and proofreading experience preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
Familiarity with database structures, database terminology, database management, and database querying tools preferred
Strong written and verbal communication and ability to effectively communicate with different levels within the organization
Ability to plan, prioritize and organize effectively
Ability to work independently
