Sierra7, Inc. is seeking Sr. Systems Telecom/Billing Consultant, to assist CMS in developing documentation, identifying needed functionality, partnering with organizational staff to support the transition of technology, consulting and advising organizational staff on requirements and actions needed for new services, tracking EIS contract modifications, and recommending technology and services that may be needed for clients and support in evaluating existing equipment solutions.

Position Responsibilities:
Conduct billing support and analysis including invoice and payment management.
Provide metrics on spending rates, monitor costs and charges, develop billing processes and procedures.
Provide various ad-hoc billing reports, continued development of automated tracking reports.
Support tracking of current data and voice services through transition to EIS, and post EIS implementation.
Develop processes and reports that correlate inventory to agency billing, accounts, and billing codes.
Conduct Data aggregation and analysis to query into reports, reference documentation, including but not limited to legacy and EIS services, inventory, billing, industry research, government policies and procedures.
Prepare System inventory summary and detailed reports, includes asset information, status pricing and spend based on available legacy and EIS voice and data usage reporting, data collection.
Generate multiple system report to include spend reports for invoices uploaded (both legacy and EIS), billing exception reporting and resolution; system dispute reports, including status, negotiated claims, and credits received; and system order summary and detail reports for all EIS orders, including CLIN details, notifications
