YOUR ROLE

As a Purchasing Team Lead, you'll play a critical role as a
liaison between Corporate Purchasing and Supply Chain to secure and improve
supply from our vendors to our plants.

• 
  Problem-Solving & Strategy: Ensuring supply continuity and managing all
  critical shortages


• 
  Relationship Management: Partnering to optimize value chain demand-to-supply
  to improve service and quality level and raw materials inventory


• 
  Risk Management: Monitoring and ensuring successful delivery against
  third party contractual obligations


• 
  Team Management & Collaboration: Managing our Regional Supply Office Sub-Team and
  collaborating with regional stakeholders in Supply Chain, Purchasing and
  R&D

YOUR SKILLS

The salary for this role is $100,000.00 - $130,000.00. This
is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for
this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range
and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in
Connecticut. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
