GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Serve all Customers in the retail shops with courtesy, friendless, efficiency and knowledge.
Greet guests as quickly as possible. Make yourself available to assist them with any questions. Encourage customers to sign the comments cards and advise of any upcoming events. Maintain customer listings and send thank you notes.
Demonstrate excellent salesmanship while maintaining a warm and friendly atmosphere. Assist customers with accessorizing outfits.
Maintain customer request log.
Responsible for cleanliness of respective shop. Dusting, polishing windows, doors, shelves, etc. on a daily basis.
Restock floor supplies.
Assist in the merchandising of the floor, windows, gondos, back wall and shelves of cashier areas, walls, etc. Accessorize merchandised outfits.
Assist with incoming freight by unpacking, counting and checking against the packing slip, hanging, ticketing, steaming, etc.
Notify your supervisor when items need to be ordered by noting on the "Request For Re-Orders/Fill -Ins" form.
Product Knowledge to assist customers more effectively.
Communicate with other employees regarding customer requests or tasks that need follow up or completion.
Read all information given to you to stay current with what is occurring in your area and the Eldorado.
Accurate money handling and proficiency on the cash register.
Maintain end -of -shift paperwork and closing procedures.
Meet all sales goals as directed by your supervisor.
Asset protection. Maintain an awareness of the possibility of theft and follow the steps to prevent it.
Participate in physical inventories.
Other job related duties as assigned.

GUEST SERVICE STANDARDS:
Must have the ability to provide our guests with excellent customer service, have excellent communication skills and observation skills, and have an easygoing demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment for our guests.
Ability to perform basic math.
Six months cash handling experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to speak, write, read and understand fluent English.
Understand and operate a computer, calculator, phone, cash register and other office equipment when required.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Education : High School Diploma or equivalent Experience : Preferred. Certificate/License : Must have permit to work in the U.S. Alcohol Card.
