What You Will Be Doing Typical duties include, but are not limited to, estimating, managing projects, procurement and engineering.

Individuals with DOT and federal proposal writing considered a plus.

Applicants should submit a resume with cover letter.

Minimum educational and experience requirements are an Undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar degree, and a minimum of five years of experience in the heavy civil and/or, highway construction industry.

Required personal qualities include strong organizational and time management skills; the ability to work as part of a team as well as independently; a strong work ethic with the ability to follow through and get the job done; the ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure and deadlines.

Required professional skills include excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft office software; the ability to learn other application software.

Additionally desired professional skills include proficiency with CAD, B2W Estimating , Primavera Scheduling Software and Agtek Takeoff Software.
