We are searching for a licensed landscape architect with experience preparing landscape plans for review and approval by local jurisdictions in the Northern Virginia/DC metro area (specifically in Arlington County, City of Alexandria, and Fairfax County). You'll join a company that has been centrally involved in the transformation of the Washington Metropolitan DC area, helping a variety of projects come to fruition. What You Will Be Doing In addition to preparing landscape plans for review and approval by local jurisdictions, you'll draw up plans using software, site surveillance, client liaison, writing and analyzing reports, drawing up contracts, and work collaboratively with other architects, planners, and engineers.
What You Need for this Position -Minimum 5 years of experience
-Bachelor's or master's degree in landscape architecture
-Relevant license

Plus but not required:
-Certified ISA Arborist
-Ability to prepare color renderings in Adobe Illustrator or similar software
