What You Will Be Doing - Construct multiple homes simultaneously on time and on/under budget
- Supervise workers on-site daily for quality and safety
- Troubleshoot issues with trades, materials, or buyers
- Scheduling
What You Need for this Position - 3+ years of Residential Construction experience
- 1+ years of Construction Manager experience
- High school diploma required, Associates or Bachelors preferred
- Valid drivers license required
