Our team is actively expanding as we have a huge backlog 15+ projects breaking ground for the remainder of 2022 and all of 2023.

We're actively looking for an Assistant Superintendent to join on our team for one of our numerous multifamily projects throughout South Florida.

What You Will Be Doing - Assist with the creation of project schedules.
- Ensure that the project schedule is followed.
- Ensure that the project budget is adhered to.
- Assist in managing MEP work and subcontractors on-site.
- Work collaboratively with Project Manager, project team members, and field.
- Assist Superintendent with managing job site safety, quality, and schedule for assigned projects from pre-construction to closeout.
What You Need for this Position - Prior Multifamily Experience
- 3+ Years Experience working for a GC or Developer/Builder
- Experience using Procore Software
- Experience with punch lists & subcontractor management
- Strong communication skills, both internally and externally
