Summary:
The Foreign Assistance Coordination and Tracking System (FACTS) info system is the Office of the Director of Foreign Assistance’s (F) primary tool for the dissemination of planning and performance information as well as for foreign assistance budget formulation. It is currently operational in USAID as Department of State domestic and overseas locations, as well as Presidents Emergency Plan for AIDS Reduction (PEPFAR) overseas locations. Many new FACTS Info capabilities and requirements are being evaluated and added regularly.

All personnel assigned to tasks under this BPA will have at least a Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT) security clearance, in accordance with a government supplied DD254, authorizing access, at the minimum, to Sensitive but Unclassified (SBU) information. Security clearance requirements will be in accordance with the Department of State Foreign Affairs Manual 12 FAM 600.
