The Opportunity
Innovation Refunds is looking for a Corporate Learning and Development Manager to ensure the development of team members and support the organization's goals. Incumbent will create and facilitate training by determining the strategy and requirements for new initiatives. You will have an opportunity to influence and shape the employee experience company wide. This role is crucial to our ongoing success and you will make an impact here!

What you'll do

Design, develop, and conduct training programs for employees to fulfill job specific needs and improve job skills.
Facilitate training through lecture, group discussion, videos, and simulation activities.
Design or acquire procedure manuals, training guides, and course materials.
Collaborate cross-functionally to conduct needs assessments and coordinate training and development opportunities.
Track and maintain appropriate records and requirements of training activities.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training by using feedback surveys, focus groups, and other relative means.
Consult with senior leaders to develop and execute strategy and provide regular updates.


What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in building, implementing and administering training and development programs
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development Certification preferred or equivalent relevant experience
Previous experience implementing and administering a Learning Management System (LMS)
Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective training and development programs
Adept in the latest trends and methods of training delivery with strong presentation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
