The Opportunity
Innovation Refunds is looking for a Sales Manager to help us scale customer engagement, retention and operational processes throughout early stages of the customer lifecycle. Youll have an opportunity to influence and shape the customer experience, working cross-functionally with operations, data analytics, tech development and sales in helping our customers achieve their goals.

What youll do
Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partners and clientsDesigning and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presenceContribute to initiatives and processes to scale customer success and hit Innovation Refunds growth goalsEnsure that company quotas and standards are met by holding check-ins with sales team to set objectives for the day and to monitor progressEducate our customers about our products and support them through standardized operational processes that ensure they can claim the maximum amount of financial incentives available to them.

What were looking for
3+ years of product management experienceStrong customer empathy and ability to derive product requirements from user needsA willingness to learn on the job and take on tasks as neededExcellent written and verbal communica!on skillsAbility to work independently and communicate with video chat so#ware, such as Zoom Familiarity with accounting or economic development a plusComputer science background or similar experience preferred
