The opportunity
Innovation Refunds is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to help us scale our internal talent management needs. You will work directly with internal hiring managers to help facilitate our aggressive growth. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a full cycle recruiting environment and looks forward to sourcing, screening, interviewing, documenting and prioritizing top talent. Youll have an opportunity to influence and shape our overall growth and company culture, working cross-functionally with operations, data analytics, tech development and sales in helping our company achieve their goals.

What youll do
Review resumes in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), LinkedIn and other job boardsSource candidates for strategic/prioritized positionsConduct initial phone interviews with candidatesMeet with Hiring managers on a regular basis to identify and prioritize hiring needsCoordinate a candidates interview process to ensure a seamless candidate experienceOther duties as assigned by HR Director

Key skills
Ability to utilize technology and software effectively and efficientlyA champion problem solver with experience working with cross-functional teams (operations, sales, product, data, marketing, etc.)Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detailAbility to learn process and technology quickly and help develop/refine protocolsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPossesses a positive attitudeA willingness to learn on the job and take on tasks as needed and operate under a service mindset were here to serve our customers, not our egos
