The Senior Manager, EBS Oracle Order to Cash and Integrations is responsible to provide ongoing technical and leadership expertise including growth and scalability requirements with in the Oracle EBS OTC, EAM, MFG, OAPS and Integrations using Oracle SOA suite (OSB/FMW/B2B) tracks. The incumbent should provide on-going strategic guidance to the EBS solutions and services group for bolt on applications, integration from and to internal and external systems, including integration with critical shop floor manufacturing systems. Essential Functions:

Lead incident management and problem management processes which includes process definition, process implementation and execution. Proactive monitoring, tracking and reporting. Ongoing Process and system improvement.
Maintain in-depth awareness of current Oracle technologies and development activities to assist in development of forward technical vision.
Operate within Howmet GIS standards and conventions and applicable Howmet Business Unit/Resource Units IT standards.
Ensure compliance to SOX and corporate audit procedures
Provides work direction to multiple coordinated teams and large-scale, high-impact and/or Global Multi- Million Dollar projects, executing in adherence to budget, schedule, scope with a high degree of customer satisfaction.
Plan and manage department budget with understanding of the financial processes.
