We’re a successful Healthcare software management company with 40+ years of industry experience, looking for a self-starting Marketing Leader to manage a team and oversee promotional events, digital marketing, and customer base management initiatives to improve client acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate for this position has a positive attitude, a tireless work ethic and an insatiable appetite for growth.

As a Marketing Manager you will oversee the company’s marketing strategy, including policies, goals, and initiatives. This position is tasked with conducting marketing research and developing marketing plans for specific products or services within the Healthcare Ambulatory Space. To be successful in the role you must be able to understand the Healthcare landscape across many different ambulatory or outpatient care services offered by different healthcare providers whether through practice management (PM) software or electronic health record management (EHR) software.

You should have a strong understanding of statistics and numbers as well as the principles of marketing and sales. And be able to oversee projects and have strong people skills to be able to lead and direct the work of those under you. You should be willing to build a team from ground up and able to work with people located globally.

What you impact will be:


  • Set vision and roadmap for all marketing channels to deliver on net new customer acquisitions, customer base management and new product launch across small and medium size practitioners

  • Use an iterative approach to implement, test and optimize our marketing channels to generate leads and expected revenues.

  • Manage marketing strategy and execution across a vast network of resellers selling our Ambulatory software

  • In support to our Customer Success team, you will be our internal marketing expert, working with the team to manage our customers expectation around constant communication and updates via newsletter and many other digital channels so they can stay informed constantly

  • Lead the strategy and execution of the go-to-market strategy of our new products and manage marketing efforts to support our growth strategy.

  • Leverage prospect data and analytics to create highly targeted customer audiences.

  • Lead the strategy, plan, budget, and revenue forecast for our online marketing campaigns on all social and digital media platforms.

  • Lead strategy and execution of websites development and evolution and oversee all customer-facing digital communication channels.

  • Measure the impact of programs, report on findings, optimize existing campaigns and propose new high impact campaigns to build.

  • Provide leadership to the marketing team and set departmental and individual goals

  • Use knowledge of industry and general business environment to define strategic actions and develop tactical plans for the team which are aligned with business objectives

  • Translate strategic alignments into objectives and operational plans and ensure that the structures, systems, and people required for its implementation are in place

  • Organize promotional events at trade shows and other venues, coordinating with our staff to ensure prompt delivery of materials and merchandise

  • Have a deep understanding of the brand’s tone and manner and make sure that all content and messages are consistent across our many businesses across multiple verticals and specialties within the ambulatory/ outpatient care space

What we are looking for:


  • 5+ years in B2B marketing, preferably in a SaaS environment, with a proven track record of creating and managing inbound and outbound campaigns

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing, or equivalent experience

  • Thorough understanding of marketing principles and practices, both theoretical and practical

  • Experience with PPC, SEO and Social Media algorithms

  • Strong writer with demonstrable experience creating marketing copy – (SEO, Website, Email, Content)

  • Understanding of prospect marketing and nurturing — experience creating, deploying, and optimizing automated email marketing campaigns so experience with CRMs (Salesforce, Dynamics, Constant Contact) is important

  • Strong quantitative orientation (you are driven by data and results)

  • Ability to work cross functionally with Sales, Product, Professional Services, Customer Success and various Partners

  • Comfortable and energized operating in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills

  • Strong human and strategic ability to work closely with clients and lead a team

  • Team player and a Leader with experience building strong marketing team
