QA Analyst 1
The Digital QA Analyst is responsible formanaging all activities necessary to ensureStuller.comand its supportingsystems areworkingwell in terms offunctionality, performance, reliability, stability, and compatibility withall other systems.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Reviewall new features and designs to ensure functionality, performance, and usabilityReview all new code checked into production against a checklist to ensure functionality and securityTest all new website features across browsersandplatformsDatabase testing in Microsoft SQL environment including validatingstored procs, jobs, and triggersDevelop, document, and maintain functional test cases and other test artifacts like the test data, data validation, harness scripts, and automated scriptsExecute and evaluate manual or automated test cases and report test resultsResearch, analyze, and document issues encountered by customersand verify fixesEntering, tracking, and communicating all issuesthat require follow upReview dashboards and analytics to find potential issues and identify areas of improvementResolve minorand some majordata issuesResearch new technologies and toolsto improve systems and workflow

Skills:
Advanced knowledge ofMicrosoft Excel and SQLComfortablewith C#, HTML, and JavaScriptAbility to understand and create test plans from specifications or verbal communicationsExcellent communication skills in order to liaison between development, customers, and managementStrong Customer Service and detail orientationAbility to work independently, across multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience:
BS or BA degree required1 year of relevant QA technical experienceExperience with Agile methodologiesExpertise in website and database testing
