The Video Operations Lead Analyst (Infrastructure Engineering Lead Analyst) is responsible for providing tier 2 support for video conferencing and AV issues. The platforms supported include live streaming video broadcast for internal and external audiences, webcasting, web collaboration, mobile video, video conferencing and digital signage. The Video Operations analyst is also responsible to regular maintenance of these platforms, and maintain bodies of documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide break/fix and end user support on all video platforms and ensure that all issues are resolved within SLA guidelines.


• Maintain our video environment to ensure availability, current and complete functionality


• Contribute feedback to Subject Matter Expert teams regarding supportability of platforms


• Provide on-call support for after-hours issues.


• Maintain platform documentation and updates.


• Assist in configuration, installation, planning, configuration, operation, and maintenance of enterprise VTC equipment to include infrastructure, conference room, desktop, and mobile codecs.


• Assist in the development and maintenance of end-user resources.

Qualifications

• High School diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.


• A minimum of 1 year of experience in operational support of video conferencing, voice or related environments.


• A focus on user community is a must.

Experience in these specific platforms is desired:

• Cisco Video Conference Endpoints and Infrastructure.


• CUCM UC environment.


• Room AV environments.


• Room series, MX, SX endpoints.


• Expressway video call control.


• TMS infrastructure management.

This role is WAH/Flex, which allows most work to be performed at home. WAH/Flex employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 if they choose to come onsite or if required to periodically come on-site.
