Town Bank is hiring a Loan Process Coordinator to join the team in Hartland, WI.  This position provides administrative support to the bank’s Credit/Underwriting and Lending staff.

Responsibilities:

• Remit third-party invoices for payment.




• Perform pre-documentation and post-closing due diligence examination of entity documents, insurance, payoffs, titled and non-titled collateral to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.




• Prepare loan code sheets to comply with stated terms of the credit approval.




• Prepare approval letters for various consumer and micro business loan products.




• Prepare adverse action notices and maintain related reporting logs. 




• Create new electronic document folders; scan assorted documents into new and existing electronic folders.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience preferred




• Knowledge and understanding of various loan documents, banking processing standards, best practices and audit control procedures.
