What you'll do
The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for understanding business requirements (including any technical limitations) by conducting user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups and prototypes.
The UI/UX Designer will also be expected to design the overall functionality of the product, and in order to ensure a great user experience, iterate upon it in accordance with user-testing.
You will be able to make deliberate design decisions and to translate any given user-experience journey into a smooth interaction.
Work with SMEs to understand the issues and translate in to requirements and subsequent solution design
Work with Product Owners, Stakeholders and other team members as appropriate
Work with PM / DM to keep on track with the project plan and timeline
Work with other Salesforce Developers to implement UI/UX Improvements
Work with the Test and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to address any issues
What experience you need
Minimum of 5 years experience in UI/UX Design and Development
Minimum of 5 years experience in roles with in UX workflow pipeline, from concept, wireframe, comps, & implementation
Minimum of 3 years experience using Salesforce Lightning Web Components or working in Salesforce Applications
Minimum of 1 year of experience in using Salesforce Lightning Design System in Web and Mobile Apps

Salesforce Administration Certification
Experience participating in a Design Thinking Workshops
Experience with JIRA, Git, Jenkins, Salesforce DX
Experience working in an Agile environment
Experience creating personas, journey maps, process flows, and user stories
Ability to create an end-to-end UI/UX design structure
Good writing skills and ability clearly articulate design solutions to non-designer audiences
Practical experience with a prototyping tool
Ability to perform usability analysis of existing apps, and to provide critical feedback and recommendations
Proficiency in designing and assembling presentation decks clearly illustrating current/future state and defined benefits
