Responsibilities Include:


  • Work with plant leadership to support and coordinate continuous improvement kaizen projects using lean methodology. This includes project selection, justification, planning, training, execution, and project reporting.

  • Manages and maintains part material classification

  • Establishes proper material flow methods

  • Ensures accurate mapping of BOM structure within operating systems

  • Engineers and delivers effective part presentation solutions from warehouse operations to final delivery to the assembly line

  • Performs research and analysis to support business units

  • Defines detailed business requirements, analyzes business needs, proposes and implements operational and systems improvements, conduct systems tests, and validate solutions with all parties

  • Develops, maintains, enhances, and implements software solutions to solve complex business requirements

  • Work with suppliers to implement lean material flow from suppliers to CNH facilities.

  • Involves employees at all levels of the organization and from multiple teams to achieve the goals of continuous improvement.

  • Serves as a change agent to challenge the existing processes in place. Uses data to communicate and support the opportunities that exist.

  • Works with all supporting functions in the plants for the vital support of the teams.

  • Other related duties as assigned.

The salary range for this position is $64,600 - $81,000 annually

(Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.) .


Minimum Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree plus 3 or more years of logistics engineering experience in a manufacturing environment

  • OR

  • High school diploma/GED plus 8 or more years of logistics engineering experience in a manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications


  • Broad knowledge of line scheduling, rates of production, machines, tooling, set-ups, unit variations, orders and speeds of operation, capacities, sheets, blueprints, alternative processes.

  • Adept at IT systems and Microsoft Office products - Access, Power Point, Excel, Word, Visio and Project.

  • Knowledge and experience with Qlik Sense and object-orientated programming preferred.

  • Experience in implementing lean material flow with suppliers in a similar industry preferred.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Self- starter demonstrates initiative and commitment.

  • Excellent organizational and management skills, about to work in fast paced, team environment.

  • Previous experience with company products, sources of supply will be considered an asset.
