Arhaus is growing and we looking for talented people to join our Call Center Team; known at Arhaus as our Concierge Team.

Our Call Center representatives are an extension of the Arhaus brand which represents quality, integrity and a drive to delight our guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides post-sales support by reviewing fully committed orders for accuracy and completeness
Makes outbound calls, receives inbound calls, schedules deliveries, collects balances due, and assists with client order inquiries
Performs Guest issue resolution in a timely manner in an in-bound call center environment
Collaborates with additional resources within the Concierge group to resolve all Guest issues in “real time”
Manages and maintains open logs to provide excellent client service
Provides post-sales support to include but not limited to: delivery, missing items, damaged items, special order returns and exchanges, discount negotiation and processing, gift card processing, delivery driver calls, and coordinating repairs at the warehouse
Communicates with guests after delivery to ensure complete satisfaction
Contributes to the productivity, effectiveness, and efficiency of the department
Takes on difficult challenges, finds creative solutions, and demonstrates ability to multi-task
Extends the highest level of courtesy and friendliness to every client
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
Education Level: High School or Equivalent
Call Center experience is preferred
Must possesses strong communication skills
Excellent organizational skills, superbly accurate, and process-savvy
Deadline driven and enjoys making a difference
Possesses a pleasant demeanor and maintains a positive attitude
Demonstrates ability to work independently and within a team
Maintains good personal appearance; follows dress code and maintains good personal hygiene
