Kforce has a client in Juno Beach, FL that is seeking a Change Management Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, the Change Management Lead will apply (preferred ADKAR) change management process and tools to support adoption of the changes necessary to promote services and projects for the Enterprise Architecture program
Lead and support the design, development, delivery, and management of varied communications (written, presentations, infographics, videos, etc.)
Lead Change Management on high impact programs within Enterprise Architecture and IT
Create strategy, tactics and plans which include, as needed, the five change management levers: communications, sponsors, leaders, training, and resistance management
Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders
The Change Management Lead will provide consultation, input, coordinate sessions, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs
Identify and manage anticipated resistance and coordinated response
Develop and execute feedback mechanisms (ex: ADKAR surveys)
Support, engage and coach Leaders, Scrum Masters, ART Leads, & Product Owners
Lead process standardization, governance, documentation, and Communities of Practice (CoP) for Enterprise Architecture program change management
As a Change Management Lead, you will help organize, coordinate, and facilitate workshops, PI Planning sessions, key meetings, events, and other meetings as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma/GED required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
3+ years of experience
Information Technology/Software development background
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Business Administration
PROCI-certified practitioner
Communications background
Scaled Agile project delivery experience
