Position
The Junction City site is growing and is seeking Mechanical engineers to assist in this exciting time at the facility!
Job Description
Support the manufacturing processes and equipment by designing, specifying, purchasing and constructing mechanical systems and components.
Participate in all facets of project management including: Economic justification, design, vendors/procurement, installation, start-up, qualification, machine acceptance, training for operations & maintenance, project reviews and technical documentation.
Become a liaison between facility engineering, central quality, purchasing teams and equipment suppliers to assure good mutual system requirement understanding.
Have hands-on involvement with equipment and processes by being available to the machine operators and maintenance personnel and gaining detailed knowledge of the process.
Experience with Auto Cad Mechanical and/or SolidWorks 3D solid modeling software (latest versions)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
