H&W: 4.23 This position is eligible to receive a Health & Welfare Benefit Rate per hour on all hours paid up to 40 hours per week and not to exceed 2,080 hours per year.

Job Summary:

We have a unique opportunity for a janitor who wants to make a fresh start in their career. Your main mission will be to keep the facility clean and well-maintained. We need someone with a basic understanding of maintenance and repair and some experience cleaning. It takes someone who is responsible, self-motivated, and cooperative to:

• Make sure the facility is cleaned according to health and safety standards


• Inspect the facility and grounds daily for safety and cleanliness


• Conduct weekly inventory of supplies and equipment


• Maintain proper handling of chemicals/hazardous materials


• Maintain a safe working environment and attend safety awareness training


• You may also make basic minor repairs and take care of trees, shrubs, and lawns

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent certification required.


• Experience in the use of industrial machinery and knowledge of common janitorial practices and procedures used preferred.


• Must be in good physical condition.
