We have an exciting job opportunity on our Global Information Security team for a Third Party Cyber Risk Analyst to support Chubb’s Enterprise IT Security initiatives. In this role, you’ll play a direct role is aiding our team’s support of controlling and managing risks presented by Chubb’s engagement with various third party information technology and service providers.  You’ll manage the end to end processes around security assessments, conducting gap analysis and presenting solution ideas/recommendations forward as we continue to enhance and optimize our third party risk program. With us, you’ll have the opportunity to regularly offer creative solutions to complex business problems within the scope of Chubb’s third-party cyber risk program and to work collaboratively with stakeholder and internal customer teams across Chubb. 

Day to day, you will:

• Manage day-to-day operations of Chubb’s Third-Party Cyber Risk program, including reviewing third party risk questionnaires, conducting a thorough security review, and driving remediations to ensure appropriate security measures are in place and that Chubb’s data is protected at all times


• Provide production support for Chubb’s Global Third-Party Cyber Risk Process for third party system or service onboarding


• Run periodic and on demand reports across all data platforms, tracking metrics to gauge progress and performance of our Third-Party Cyber Risk program


• Conduct gap analysis to identify and remediate any potential issues within our third party security posture


• Maintain and continue to enhance third party cyber risk assessment workflows within the ServiceNow and Coupa Vendor Risk Management platforms in use every day

• At least 1-3 years’ experience in a Third Party Risk, Information Security, or related role


• Bachelor’s Degree required; specialization in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Security, or another related field preferred. Experience can substitute for education


• Demonstrated experience with advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required


• Experience working with/analyzing large data sets leveraging data from online, cloud-based platforms for reporting purposes  


• Exposure to or experience with database platforms (i.e., SQL) is a plus


• Knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) tools such as Coupa, ServiceNow, Archer, Process Unity, One Trust, Jira, and/or a similar platform is a plus
