Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Principal Duties and Responsibilities: · Own the overall marketing strategy and execution for your products. · Work with Global Marketing, Marketing Communications, Medical Education, Sales Training and Sales Leadership to refine and execute the strategy. · Identify customer segments and create targeting prioritization. · Work with Marketing Communications on evidence dissemination, competitive response, and promotional/media strategies. · Work with broader product management team to identify competitive gaps in product portfolio · Collaborate with Sales Training and Sales Leadership on content, material creation, and education strategy for diverse sales force needs. · Collaborate with Medical Education on customer education and events. · Provide society, trade show, and locally-hosted VIP programs support. Utilize the opportunity at these events to gain customer mindshare through promotional messaging tools and event programs. · Track metrics, manage analytics measuring market trends, marketing effectiveness, and forecasting. · Develop customer, partner, and end-user relationships to understand their needs, gather their feedback, and ability to advocate for their point of view when they aren’t present · Maintain a high level of collaboration with domestic and international sales leaders to drive product line market adoption. · Ensure close collaboration and teamwork with the rest of the Product Management team and Mixed Reality team, actively contributing to product management best-practice across Technology and Data Solutions.

Expected Areas of Competence

• Developing positioning and commercial launch strategies that connect business goals and organizational strategies with market conditions. • Project-managing commercial launch activities across functions • Developing data-based business cases, analyzing market forecasts, and customer segments using Microsoft Excel or other tools. • Skilled at using storytelling to connect the “why” behind customer needs with value created by the solution. • Excellent presentation capabilities in the context of business leadership, customer events, and in sales situations. • Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to flex across a variety of roles in an innovative, fast-paced, “start- up” environment. • Results-oriented and highly productive, as demonstrated by working as a product or project manager in high performing teams that has built, deployed, and/or iterated on high tech or healthcare-related products. Excellent collaborator: experience successfully managing and building strong working relationships with cross-functional teams.

Education/Experience Requirements

B.A./B.S in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or other relevant 4-year degrees. MBA Preferred. Minimum five (5) years of product management, product development, or relevant experience required, preferably in healthcare and/or software products and technologies Experience working with traditional marketing concepts, marketing, and portfolio strategies, product promotion, market analysis, and forecasting. Demonstrable experience throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation/conception through to pre-and post-launch execution. Demonstrable experience in communicating, both verbally and non-verbally, with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with product launch and product rollout § Experience in an orthopedics market preferred. Experience in VR/AR/MR preferred
