Job Purpose



To provide end to end support to the Area Logistics Supervisor or Area Logistics Manager for all Logistics (warehousing and transport) functions at the site level. Allowing for maximum operational flexibility according to customer service, quality, HSE and cost targets for the responsible site.



Key Responsibilities





  • Oversight of order Receipt, Entry & Confirmation

  • Communication / Escalation of concerns

  • Maximize On Time & In Full Delivery

  • Oversight of Reason Code Entry for OTIF Failures

  • Oversight of the order cycle from start to finish

  • Regular communication with Sales Team

  • Regular communication with the Customer and understanding of their business needs

  • Strategically runs the Daily Replenishment of the facility

  • Strategically manages Safety Stock levels and Forecasts modifications

  • Works with Customer Demand & Supply Planning on inventory support.

  • Complete understanding of the NAM Inventory Management Protocol

  • Working with all pertinent resources to ensure fulfillment of orders

  • Working with all available resources to problem solve

  • Working with supervisor on ALPS escalations & problem solving

  • Active in all forms of HSE reporting

  • Proactive in all forms of Sustainability

  • Behavior in accordance with the Code of Conduct

  • Performs in accordance with the Core Values




Job Requirements





  • 2 years of related customer service or logistics related management experience

  • related business diploma or degree

  • Positive Attitude, Strong Work Ethic, Proficient Problem Solving Skills, Passion for Excellence
