Azenta is seeking a Part Time Lab Assistant to join our Cambridge Genetic Analysis team (moving to Waltham in June 2022).
Title: Lab Assistant
Shift: Mon-Fri 7pm-12:30am
Sign On Bonus: $3000, paid at 90 days
Responsibilities:
Check inventory and replenish consumable sequencing supplies
Assist in sample sorting and properly distribute them
Maintain laboratory cleanliness
Document and track daily work flow
Perform routine maintenance on lab equipment
Prepare supplies and assist Lab Technicians
Qualifications:
High School Diploma required
1+ years of lab work experience preferred
Strong record keep skills
Excellent interpersonal skills; both verbal and written are essential
Closely follow Standard Operating Protocol (SOP)
Must be able to work from 7pm to 12:30am or later
