SUMMARY:

The Lead Management Strategy and Analytics Manager, will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing lead distribution strategies to maximize sales and ROI. This highly-dynamic role flexes between strategy development, technical needs, detailed reporting & analytics and day-to-day operational execution. This is a highly-visible role which regularly collaborates with analytical teams, Growth Leadership Team, Marketing, and Sales teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Develop, implement, analyze, and communicate business policies and strategies related to lead management

  • Lead and train the Lead Management team to distribute and reassign leads based on defined criteria across multiple channels and multiple markets

  • Develop predictive models to project lead and sales volumes and assist with goal setting

  • Provide highly-detailed performance reporting and analytics to inform sales partners and drive future lead management strategy decision making

  • Regularly engage with executive leadership and sales managers in the lead management process to provide regular reports and performance updates

  • Play an active role in the evaluation and implementation of CRM enhancements. Identify areas of improvement opportunity, efficiency and streamlining to lead to an ideal state

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience

  • BA/BS degree preferred

  • Data analytics experience required

  • US healthcare experience preferred. Prior Medicare experience strongly preferred.

  • Proven track record of leadership, vision setting and strategic influence

  • Ability to creatively address complex challenges

  • Strong partner focus with a collaborative sprit

  • Courageous and willing to have tough conversations when needed

  • Ability to clearly present data in a concise and understandable manner to partners with varying levels of technical expertise

  • Knowledge and understanding of sales distribution channels preferred

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Tableau development experience desired

  • Advanced organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and communication skills

  • The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, pivoting as needed to meet deadlines

  • Prior leadership experience preferred with strong team development and management skills

  • Accountable to meet personal and team commitments

  • Ability to deal with ambiguity

  • Proactively provide feedback to team for recognition and improvement

  • Ability to influence and appeal to different audiences

  • Growth mindset

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $86,700 - $144,500, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
