As a key member of HORNE ExecuSearch Talent Acquisition Team, you will report directly to the Director – ExecuSearch & People Solutions and serve as a key contributor to execute the recruitment strategy supporting our client candidate needs and candidate funnels for assigned clients. The Executive Recruiter will positively impact the quality, responsiveness and cost of the HORNE client experience and ensure we are hiring top talent for our clients across North America & Puerto Rico region.


Position Responsibilities:



  • Source, recruit, pre-screen, assess and present top-quality executive and non-executive level candidates for assigned clients within an appropriate and consistent timeline.

  • Partner with client business leaders to define executive and non-executive level hiring needs and role expectations.

  • Set strategy and successfully manage and deliver on assigned executive and non-executive level searches.

  • Assist with building HORNE ExecuSearch external recruitment search capabilities in executive and non-executive level searches across the recruiting life cycle

  • Develop and organize search function best practices including research, communications, and reporting.

  • Assist with other recruitment tasks and related projects, as needed.


What We’re Looking For



  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a closely related field.

  • Three (3) to five (5) years of progressive professional level recruitment environment experience.

  • Proven trusted relationship builder and advisor to executives, setting search strategies and managing outcomes.

  • Expert experience organizing, communicating, and reporting on all search activity, progress, and results.

  • A high degree of emotional intelligence to deal with challenges, set-backs, and influence successful outcomes

  • Experience with HRIS programs and applicant tracking systems (UltiPro, Taleo, Workday, etc).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
