DH Pace Company, will hire an Outside Commercial Sales Representative to represent our Entry Door Division in Palm City, Florida and surrounding areas. You will have the opportunity to sell the following doors and door related products: Hollow Metal Doors and Frames, Wood Doors, Specialty Doors, Door Hardware, Automatic Operators, and Electronic Hardware. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will have the opportunity to call on commercial general contractors Palm City and surrounding areas
The ideal candidate will manage the entire sales process for commercial customer accounts targeting prospects, identifying solutions, negotiating, and closing
Submittal creation and project management
Cultivate sales with commercial general contractors
Other duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of two (2) years of sales experience calling on commercial accounts general contractors
Provide timely and accurate estimates and proposals
Must possess valid driver’s license
Must have excellent organizational, communication and relationship building skills
Mathematically and mechanically inclined
