The Position

The Opportunity:

The Regional Account Specialist in Centralized Diagnostics is an experienced and specialized sales professional with a proven background in selling multi-million dollar, large-scale capital equipment, and/or high-value medical devices to large hospital networks and IHNs. This role requires cross functional
collaborations to set and execute a strategic vision in a given territory to achieve the annual territory revenue goal and build a strong funnel to ensure multi-year success. Responsible for the development of new business opportunities or emerging areas, along with expanding footprint in a set of current, high value accounts. Focuses on critical, large, complex, highly visible,
strategic or tactically important accounts. Leads team of Account Executives to call on prospective and current customers.
 
Viewed as an expert by the company and in the field. Has complete knowledge of all company products and services, and may be tasked with sales/development of new or strategic products. Holds an informal
leadership role on the team. Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments. May supervise the activities of others.
 
This is a field-based role - the territory consists of Wisconsin and half of Illinois. The ideal candidate will reside in the greater Chicago, Milwaukee, or Madison area.

Who you are:


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

  • 7+ years relevant sales, or equivalent experience required with the highest level of sales proficiency

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including making impactful presentations

  • Proven leadership abilities and a history of working in a cross-functional, collaborative environment

  • Demonstrated history of achieving or surpassing annual quota requirements

  • Negotiation, contracting and problem solving skills

  • Ability to work in a regulated environment

  • Strategic planning and organizational skills
