Job Description:

The Protective Intelligence Analyst and Global Events Security Partner will provide analytical intelligence related tasks including country assessments, the assessment of risks and threats, social media monitoring, analyzing the risk profile of multiple executives, global events and will work closely with cross functional entities as needed. This role will work closely with the Executive Protection, Global Events Solutions, and Protective Intelligence teams.

Essential Functions:


  1. Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  2. Provides actionable intelligence and operational security delivery for Executive Protection and Global Events Security for special events.
  3. Produce timely, useful, and tailored intelligence reports and threat assessments.
  4. Monitor all-source information to proactively identify and assess threats that could potentially impact the company's global executives and business operations.
  5. Support an environment of protecting the client's people, assets, and reputation through proactive intelligence reporting, information sharing, and partnering with Global Security and cross-functional partners.
  6. Provides guidance and interpretation about security intel, practices, and programs to support Executives and Special Events Security on a global level.
  7. Assesses security vulnerabilities and implements programs to address them.
  8. Appropriately leverage resources, technology, information, and tactics in a manner that protects reputation and minimizes risk.
  9. Maintains data and utilizes performance intelligence to assess program ROI, calibrate direction and demonstrate value to clients.
  10. Follow company procedures and processes as it relates to Global Security best practices, and handling of confidential information.
  11. Maintain liaison with government, industry, and intelligence professionals.
  12. Maintain close partnerships with Global Events and Travel teams.
  13. Strategically and holistically plans security support for events in coordination with non-security groups responsible for global events.
  14. Conduct security advances, and gives clear, concise security recommendations.
  15. Prepare briefings on events for security and business leaders.
  16. Adhere to company privacy and confidentiality guideline and policies.
  17. Effectively interfaces with cross-functional teams on questions regarding the support of executives and employees.
  18. All other duties, as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Certifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred, with 5 or more years of experience working in executive protection, event security, and/or corporate security.

Competencies:


  • Special events security management and executive protection experience
  • Experience in risk intelligence and analysis for large events.
  • Working knowledge of security surveys and threat assessments.
  • Program design experience, preferred.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Effectively interact with and influence senior management.
  • Able to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves.
  • Sound independent judgment and decision-making ability.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Attentive to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent writing and oral communications skills.
  • Able to analyze complex situations and recommend solutions.
  • Computer knowledge; Microsoft Office.
