The Travel, Hospitability and Leisure (THL) practice provides clients with solutions to complex business issues in the key areas of large-scale transformation and restructuring, pre-deal commercial and operational M&A advice, post-merger integration, carve-out, 100-day improvement plan, quantified EBITDA / cash improvements, comprehensive bottom-up assessment, market strategy, feasibility studies and, interim leadership. The team brings unrivalled experience from both in-industry leadership roles and advisory roles, and works hand-in-hand with sector experts in related A&M expert Practices, such as Tax and Financial Due Diligence (TAG), as one team for clients.
Our team of senior professionals have not just capabilities as advisors but in many cases also a proven and successful track record as a senior level executive in operational roles. Across all levels, our professionals work in a "hands-on", action-oriented style with senior client management, and with the entrepreneurial freedom and opportunities which are at the heart of A&M's culture.
The Opportunity
The opportunity to bring your leadership skills and expertise to shape and grow the future of the dynamic THL team in A&M. You will be based out of our Paris office but be part of the pan-EMEA practice and delivering EMEA agenda and projects.
At Director level, we are looking for senior managers and operators who are not afraid to roll up their sleeves and lead the change agenda within the Hotel and Hospitality industries. As a Director, you will be responsible in shaping and leading change and transformation for the client. You will not only play a role as a sector expert for clients but also will have the opportunity to directly lead or grow-to-lead projects across Corporate, Private Equity and Restructuring situations.
