The role of Coordinator of Internal Operations is to oversee and manage the daily business operations of the athletics equipment department. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the oversight of all athletic equipment invoice tracking and payment, student employee payroll, ordering and distribution of athletic equipment and apparel for administrative and departmental staff, inventory control, oversight of letterman and post-season award ordering and inventory and spring sale oversight.
Essential Functions:
• Oversight of day-to-day athletic equipment department business operations
o Track and pay invoices through ARMS
o Order inventory for all letterman awards and Varsity O liaison
o Submit letter awards forms from coaches in ARMS and distribute once forms have been approved
o Student-manager payroll
o Complete semi-annual and annual inventory reports for all sports
o Distribute Nike Elite account information to staff
• Maintain inventory and manage ordering and distribution of equipment and apparel for athletics department administration and departmental employees, spirit and band
• Manage the spring sale operations, including set-up, break down, pricing, staffing and scheduling
• Administrative coordinator for internal operations meetings
• Other duties as assigned
Required Education: Bachelor Degree AND:
Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree for a total of 60 months related experience.
