Reporting to the Compensation Manager, you as the Compensation Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, providing recommendations, and administering employee compensation programs, including base pay and incentive pay. This role will be responsible for supporting various Executive Compensation processes and requests, both annually and ad hoc. Responsible for expatriate processes including data gathering and providing recommendations. Evaluates jobs, recommends job grades and job profile assignments, performs associate analysis. Ensures that requests for pay adjustments comply with current compensation policy. Conducts audits, performs analysis to discover data trends, outliers, and errors.

About the job:


  • Analyzes, provides recommendations, and implements Littelfuse compensation programs, which may include annual processes and incentives. Ensures effectiveness and consistency of programs.

  • Conducts research/benchmarking and recommends enhancements to compensation processes or programs that better align to company goals and strategy.

  • Support Executive Compensation processes including, but not limited to: data gathering and review of proxy materials, 162(m) data gathering and reporting, and LTI administration

  • Support the expatriate process including pre- to post-assignment related activities

  • Evaluates jobs for global consistency, recommends global job grades and job profile assignments, and creates/maintains job descriptions for new and existing jobs

  • Prepares reports and performs analysis to discover data trends, outliers, and errors.

About you:


  • Bachelor or university degree, preferred in Human Resources, Business or related field.

  • 2 - 5 years of experience

  • Deep knowledge of compensation programs, structures, and compliance requirements

  • Knowledge in MS Office and HRIS (Workday) and Merrill Lynch preferred

  • Executive Compensation experience a plus

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Strong communication skills

  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
