What you'll do in this role:
Continuously improve the enterprise E-Commerce platform documentation
Add documentation as new capabilities are added
Create flow charts or diagrams
Ability to create easily understood instructions for platform users to follow
Support multiple E-Commerce websites across the company
Train platform users as needed
What you'll need to be successful:
Strong E-Commerce experience - 3+ years
Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience desired - ideally using SFRA
Excellent communication skills
Positive attitude
Troubleshooting skills
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Comfortable using Confluence
Comfortable using diagramming tools - LucidChart
Comfortable using the Google Suite of tools
