Job Overview:
Reporting to the LGUS Department Finance Director, this position will be the first point of contact to visitors, customers, and vendors in person, online, and via telephone. This role will include assistance to the building suite administrator to ensure the competition of building facility needs. The position will be located at the Sierra Pines Office, The Woodlands, Texas.
Primary Responsibilities:
Dual role as receptionist and facilities back up.
Directs visitors and vendors to sign in.
Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
Answering the switchboard, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
Assist with process and procedure training.
Contact vendors and or building management to make repairs or report concerns.
Administrative duties purchase requistions and orders (PR/PO).
Support overall building needs.
Company events.
Community service.
Fire warden, emergency response and evacuation procedures.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results on various projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
Proven working experience in a facilities services /front office (3+ years)
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Publisher, Sharepoint
High energy, confident, professional with enthusiasm for customer service
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
Ability to act with high integrity and trust
High school diploma required
