Global Program Manager - Remote at Jabra

Job Description:

As the Head of Global Program Management for the Collaboration Business Unit (CBU) this role will drive the activities and relationships with global partners (initially Microsoft) who will support the long-term growth of Jabra collaboration video solutions. This position reports into the commercial lead for the CBU. The role embodies the entrepreneurial energy, network and resources to lead a strategic partner relationship to a "win-win" success.




Key Responsibilities:




  • Taking a "global coordination, regional execution" approach, you will lead a cross-functional team including members of Marketing, Sales Excellence and Sales to create a Global Program of outbound initiatives that drive engagement with MS ecosystem stakeholders.

  • Assessing the effectiveness and appropriateness of various go to market initiatives (i.e. Try and Buy, Deployment & adoption, MTC program, etc...)

  • Working with the key stakeholders in the organization to ensure that you build alignment on the business objectives of the program.

  • Define with key stakeholders, an outbound operational plan based on key Objectives, Initiatives and KPIs that will be driven regionally.

  • Coordinate internal governance and with Microsoft, to monitor the developments and performance of the Microsoft Alliance Outbound initiatives, for continuous improvements and fine tuning of objectives/initiatives every 6 months.

  • Measure and report on success against defined KPIs.

  • Engaging the Marketing and Sales Excellence teams to create internal training content regarding our Video Solutions products being promoted within Microsoft programs.

  • Working with Marketing to create the relevant value propositions, turning our strong differentiated features-related product marketing content into a value proposition relevant for MS ecosystem stakeholders (MS Sellers, MS Partners, MS customers)

  • Create a framework for regional commercialization of the global programs aligning T&Cs to Microsoft Teams SKUs and commercial offers (i.e. Operator Connect for Telcos, Teams Essentials for SMBs, MTR Trial licensing, etc..)

  • Drive the completion of the global Playbook and account Plan with Microsoft DPS organization, reflecting Jabra Value Proposition, Programs, key Objectives/Initiatives and joint KPIs.

  • Ensure maximum relevancy within the Microsoft DPS plans, activities, and stakeholders in relation to MTR bundles with HW alliance partners, coordinating the effort with the HW alliance team.

  • Manage and own DPS pipeline and reseller partner development throughout entire sales & development process, main point of contact for any escalations and operational assistance as well as overall related partner support situations.

  • Understand the overall Partner strategy in terms of GTM, structure, landscape etc. and assisting Jabra in navigating the partnership while evangelizing our joint value with sales and leadership to grow and elevate partnership.




Qualifications and Requirements




Education



Bachelor's degree from top-tier university or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree preferred

  • Industry expertise. Knowledge of relevant market, competitive, and technology trends influencing employee experience.   • Business Acumen. Knowledge of infrastructure, applications, and solutions market with a strong understanding on how to bring technology together and monetize results for differentiated partnerships, solutions, and commercial models for both on premise and cloud offerings.
