Who we are we looking for?

We are looking for a production management leader for a suite of applications in our Corporate Systems and Operations space (Corporate Finance).

The candidate will lead a diverse global team of contractors and employees to ensure stability and availability of our production systems. Candidate should have experience leading production management teams in a dynamic environment, strong technical skills, ticketing application experience and comprehensive knowledge of production management fundamentals.      

Working Remote is acceptable for this role.

As Application Reliability Operations Lead you will be


  • Accountable for a suite of Finance applications in the Corporate Systems and Operations space

  • Provide leadership and operational discipline for the team as they achieve tasks for

    • Incident Management

    • Problem/Risk Management

    • Service Request Management

    • Change Management

    • Knowledge Management

    • System Checkout and Monitoring

  • Technical problem solving in diverse systems; evaluating logs in Unix and Windows and writing SQL queires in various database systems.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of years of experience leading in production management or equivalent role if required
