Job Description

The Marketing Services Manager is part of a team responsible for a range of lead generation, business development and sales support activities. This hands-on role helps to position Veolia North America's business for growth by partnering with Communications and Sales/Business Development to conduct necessary market research and analysis; produce compelling marketing and sales materials; develop and deploy content marketing campaigns; plan and execute memorable conferences and events; and measure the effectiveness of activities to drive continuous improvement. PRIMARY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. In conjunction with the Marketing Director, develops marketing strategies and associated tactics to position the company to expand presence in the North American market.
2. Gathers, reviews and/or analyzes data to create high-level summary marketing plans and/or reports for sales and senior leadership.
3. Oversees the development of strategic print and digital sales collateral and marketing materials ranging from ads and brochures to trade show displays and videos.
4. Develops and deploys targeted content marketing campaigns, including email marketing campaigns, webinars.
5. Serves as part of a cross-functional digital team that works on content creation for the company's website and/or via other digital and social media channels.
6. Supports conference activities such as trade shows and client education/entertainment events, including planning, pre-conference promotion and post-conference follow-up.
7. Maintains an appropriate inventory of company merchandise for use at targeted conferences and industry events.
8. Develops and deploys annual customer surveys, NPS, VOS, etc.
9. Tracks and measures the effectiveness of activities using analytics available in Hubspot, SalesForce and/or other appropriate and available tools, ensuring all leads generated through marketing activities are captured in SalesForce.
10. Supervises and approves the work of third-party vendors, as necessary.
11. Helps build a culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement of systems, processes and tools used to perform duties, bringing forth ideas and plans to improve results, increase efficiency and/or reduce costs.
12. Ensures all materials are produced in compliance with company brand standards.
13. Supports other Marketing & Communications team members, projects, and initiatives, including providing support and back-up for the creative and digital team when needed.

Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field required.
● 5+ years of marketing experience in B2B or B2C environment with emphasis in content marketing and sales support
● 1 year of supervisory or management experience preferred.
● Experience in related industry or market preferred.

● Collaborative and creative team player with drive for innovation and continuous improvement of systems, processes, and tools.
● Self-starter with strong organization, project management, time management, and problem- solving abilities.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Proficient with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis. Knowledge of Word and PowerPoint and/or Google Docs and Slides.
● Familiarity with InDesign, PhotoShop or other design software.
● Experience with marketing campaign functionality in Hubspot, Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
● Build excellent working relationships with colleagues at all levels.
● Successfully works on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
● Synthesizes and integrates large amounts of data into concise, compelling deliverables.
● Pays close attention to detail and takes pride in work products.
● Uses discretion in handling confidential or sensitive business information or issues.
● Willing to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.

● Salesforce Marketing certificate a plus.
● Excel certificate is a plus.
