Job Description

Responsible for receiving inbound customer waste shipments in bulk and vans into the PTA Facility via the I Series system. The CSR I also directs the load for sampling or offloading and coordinates with applicable operations personnel. Once the load is received, the CSR bills the load in I series, scans all associated paperwork into DocScan and files applicable paperwork in Central Records

1. Reviews scheduler daily to prioritize and plan receiving of van and bulk loads
2. Receives loads into I Series for in plant processing
3. Use access to print labels and summaries for container management, bulk ramp or tank farm to offload
4. Creates paperwork packet for operations to include the manifest, receiving ticket, container labels and any
other load specific paperwork required
5. Organize required documents for DEA and other witness burn loads, scan and email to appropriate parties
6. Directs load for sampling or offloading/drop with and coordinates with applicable operations personnel
7. Daily communication with container management to properly time live off-loads and dolly down vans
8. Bills the load in I series
9. Scans all load paperwork into DocScan and files load hard copies in Central Records
10. Hands off problem loads at the gate to the assigned CSR for that specific branch
11. Maintain spreadsheets reflecting full and empty vans on site
12. QA/QC pre-approval packets against original manifests and updates system as needed.
13. Capture arrival times and van/box/tanker numbers
14. Rotation for error logs and late weeks
15. Inventory and ordering supplies
16. Support to container management for load packets/labels

Qualifications

● High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) required

● Associate's degree in a related field preferred

Prior work experience of 3 to 6 months in a clerical position preferred
