Provide client service and sales support to Business Banking clients
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Support Business Bankers in the on-boarding of new clients and maintenance of existing client relationships.
Manage customer inquiries and service issues for Business Bankers.
Follow up on account and product documentation exceptions.
Compile weekly and monthly management reports e.g. (pipeline, incentive, call activity, etc.
Cross sell banking products when appropriate.
Participate in special projects as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Prior bank experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Committed to providing a high standard of customer service to Business Banking clients
Ability to multitask, embrace change and adapt to changing procedures
Strong math and analytical skills
Take ownership of problem resolution
