Assist the Treasury area, specifically the Chief Investment Officer, with managing the investment portfolio and asset liability management functions. Asset liability management functions include cash management, collateral management, funding and liquidity and other financial ad-hoc analysis.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Investment Portfolio includes:
Prepare investment activity memos based on trade tickets and security details
Familiar with asset classes in investment portfolio and manage financial reporting requirements
Analyze investment cash flows, yields and market values in static and changing interest rate environments
Assist in month end and quarter end portfolio pricing for Accounting
Integrate portfolio details into asset liability management including interest rate risk and liquidity risk
Analyze trade opportunities across fixed income products to support proper portfolio allocation
Input trade details into custody systems for trade settlement
Compile full investment packages for purchases and sales
Experienced with Investment policy and ensuring adherence to policy requirements
Collateral Management includes:
Support proper allocation of collateral to appropriate custodial portfolios
Analyze and report collateral positions including pledging eligibility and collateral haircuts
Other Assignments:
Back up support for daily cash management
Support Interest Rate Risk modeling requirements
Other assignments as required by management
Minimum Qualifications:
College degree in finance or accounting
