Job Description Summary



The Sr. Sales Operations Analyst - DOMO will be the DOMO technology & reporting subject matter expert and team administrator for the Retail Business Unit at Lamb Weston. In this role, the individual will be responsible for supporting the Retail Business Unit through development, administration, support, and training of the DOMO platform. This person will act as a liaison between leadership, retail sales teams, cross-functional partners, and other departments to provide support for Retail sales process enablement.



Job Description



  • Provide day to day DOMO technology support as the primary reporting platform administrator for the Retail Business Unit sales, leadership, and cross-functional partners.


  • Leverage, develop, and deploy technology that supports Lamb Weston Retail Business Unit strategy and business objectives.


  • Evaluate proposed and existing technology functionality to determine what features and actions will best meet the needs of the business unit and all impacted stakeholders.


  • Stand as the DOMO SME for the RBU for data governance, best practices, and administration.


  • Drive sales tool adoption via development, training, communication, and ongoing support of technical resources.


  • Collaborate with leadership to advance team learning and functional skill development to fill competency gaps on new and existing technologies.


  • Contribute to annual technology strategy development to align sales process needs, map out resources, timelines, and deliverables.


  • Develop and facilitate training program, materials and lesson plans for sales process technical resources.


  • Actively participate in team and cross-BU meetings to provide input, training, and support for DOMO.


  • Work both collaboratively and independently to ensure deliverables are met, awareness amongst stakeholders is in place, and activities/projects are attended to in a timely manner.


  • Collaborate with functional leads both internally and externally to foster linkage regarding common technology.


  • Work with functional partners and other BU's to identify sales process needs/opportunities and support the adoption of all cross-departmental and cross-BU technologies.


  • Training RBU new hires on an ad-hoc basis


  • Other duties as assigned.





Basic & Preferred Qualifications



  • Bachelors' degree in Business Management, Sales Technology or Information Technology preferred

  • 3-5 years' experience directly related to CPG Grocery/Retail - preferably on a national basis

  • Major DOMO certified OR advanced working and administrative training and knowledge

  • Tableau or other reporting visualization software experience will also be considered

  • Advanced working knowledge of data administration, development, and management best practices

  • Working knowledge of: Salesforce.com, mobile user experience and Syndicated Data tools (Nielsen, IRI, SPINS)

  • Ability to adapt and assist in change management process refinement

  • Ability to interface with and influence personnel across the business unit and Lamb Weston on technical and sales process advancement

  • Ability to self-manage and prioritize multiple workloads, projects, and requests

  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.

  • Travel up to 10% of the time.

The state of Colorado requires Lamb Weston to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to individuals applying to work remotely from Colorado and takes into account a number of factors. A reasonable estimate of the range for this role is $42,680 - $166,370. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to work location, experience and expertise.
